Joybyte’s goal was to hire Social Media Strategists to develop data-driven campaigns, manage content, and track trends, along with TikTok Shop Affiliate Strategists to manage affiliate efforts, optimize shop visibility, analyze GMV and conversions, and align with revenue goals through recruitment, content optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Initially planning for one social media strategist, they were so impressed that they hired all three social media candidates,followed by four TikTok Shop Affiliate Specialists to scale e-commerce impact.
We recruited candidates with proven experience in social strategy, TikTok dynamics, affiliate management, and analytics. Within 3 weeks, we presented standout professionals who excelled in creative storytelling, data analysis, and platform-specific optimization.
