✲ The Nearshore LATAM Talent Bench for Agencies

Become the agency that always delivers. Profitably.

Ghost Sherpa is the LATAM talent bench for agencies. Project-based, fractional, or full-time capacity that scales with your pipeline, not ahead of it.

Vetted, nearshore talent. US time zones. Embedded under your agency. No over-hiring. No bench you can't afford.

✲ The Challenge

Agencies don't lose money from bad work.
They lose money from bad timing.

You over-hire on optimism. You scramble for freelancers when the pipeline spikes. You carry overhead through the next slowdown. Every cycle, you lose money you should be making.

01

"We won the work but we don't have the bench."

Pipeline accelerates. A US hire takes 60–90 days. You burn weeks scrambling for senior freelancers who disappear mid-campaign, and the client notices.

02

"We over-hired in Q2 and now we're cutting."

A retainer churns. A pitch dies. The people or teams you added is now $40K/mo of overhead with nothing on the books to justify it.

03

"My senior people are stuck doing production work."

Your CDs and strategists are plugging execution gaps. Margin compresses. Burnout climbs. The next pitch suffers because your best people are heads-down on the last one.

04

"The freelancer took on twelve other clients and disappeared."

Freelancers spread thin across too many engagements miss deadlines, go quiet mid-project, and treat your work as the one that gets bumped. You end up doing the work you hired them to do.

✲ The Three-Model Difference

Demand isn't one shape. Neither is our bench.

Most staffing and resource partners force you into one model. We don't. Pick the engagement that fits your demand pattern, not the other way around.

✲ 01 / project based

Defined scope, fast start.

For pitches, launches, monthly deliverable batches, and time-bounded scopes where speed and quality matter.

✲ How It Works

Three steps from capacity gap
to delivering more, profitably.

Day 0

01

Book a call with our founder, Matt.

You share what's going on, the pipeline pressure, the capacity gap, the engagement you can't staff or scope. We listen, ask the right questions, and give you an honest assessment. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.

Days 3–7

02

We recommend the model that fits.

Project-based for a defined scope. Fractional for ongoing support. Full-time for embedded people or teams. We match the engagement model to where you are right now, not where a template says you should be.

Weeks 2–3

03

You start delivering more work, profitably.

We handle the rest. For projects, our internal team scopes and delivers work you are proud to call your own. For fractional and full-time staffing, we handle vetting, contracts, payroll, and more. Your new capacity works inside your tools, joins your standups, and shows up to your client calls. Your clients only see you. Your P&L feels the difference.

iBeAuthentic Agency case study

"All businesses today are challenged with finding experienced, talented individuals to support and be partners in their organization… After speaking with Matt we decided to take a different approach and see if we could find team members beyond the borders of our country. So far the results have been beyond expectations and our new team members have fit right in and within weeks brought additional knowledge, experience and skill sets to our team. I would highly recommend investigating this new approach to talent acquisition."

✲ From Our Founder

“I started Ghost Sherpa because I watched agencies win clients and then scramble to staff them. The best ones I'd worked with weren't just good at the work, they were good at fielding a team on short notice. Ghost Sherpa is built to be that team. Vetted talent, embedded under your brand, in your time zones, at a cost that doesn't require you to win the next pitch just to break even.”

✲ FAQs

Answers to Common Questions

Every Ghost Sherpa placement goes through live English proficiency testing, not a written assessment, a real conversation. We staff exclusively in LATAM, which gives 0–3 hours of overlap with anywhere in North America. Most talent works US Eastern or Central hours. They join client calls, write client-ready Slack messages, and show up to standups. They don't read from scripts.

Flat monthly fee per role for fractional and full-time engagements. Fixed project rate for project-based work, one-time or recurring monthly. Low retainer minimums, no recruiter commissions, no hidden markups. We're transparent about what we charge and what we pay.

That's the point of the first call. You share what's going on, the pipeline pressure, the gap, the engagement you're trying to staff, and we help fit it to one of the three models. If none of them make sense for where you are right now, we'll tell you that too.

You do. The work belongs to your agency and, downstream, to your client. We handle the legal infrastructure so you don't have to.

We replace the placement within 90 days at no additional fee and run an honest post-mortem to make sure the next match is sharper. In practice, our replacement rate is low, but the guarantee exists because the risk is real.

Yes, and most of our longest-running placements started this way. We'd rather you scale up the relationship than cycle through new hires every time demand shifts.

Primarily US and Canadian agencies, though we work with a few UK and Australian shops where the time-zone math works. Our talent is LATAM-based, which gives 0–3 hours of overlap with anywhere in North America.

Multiple interview rounds, live English proficiency testing, and skills assessments tailored to the role. You're not sorting a pile, you're choosing from a curated set of three to four people who already meet the bar.

Stop choosing between growth and profitability.
